The Doubledisc LUDD7 line of valves boasts the same robust 316 grade stainless steel construction, easy disassembly and also meets the requirements of 3-A Sanitary Standards. Doubledisc is a true “T” sanitary divert valve, with one stem controlling two ports. With half turn operation, single stem control of two ports and optional locking handle, the Doubledisc can fit a wide range of process requirements. Designed for value as well as performance, the only elements that ever need replacing are the two seats and two stem O-rings.

Safety Feed Back Unit

Sturdy and robust mechanical unit with waterproof stainless steel cover.
Feedback unit is equipped with 2 Honeywell microswitches.
Each with a NO and NC contact. Waterproof cable connection PG16.

1 = Switch 1 - NC signal
2 = Switch 1 - NO signal
3 = Common
4 = Switch 2 - NO contact
5 = Switch 2 - Nc contact
There are also mounting kits for renowned detectors or a standard Namur connection.
Safety feedback unit with solenoid control

Sturdy and robust mechanical unit with waterproof stainless steel cover.
feedback unit is equipped with 2 Honeywell microswitches.
Each with a NO and NC contact. One solenoid valve 3/2 - 24Vdc.
Waterproof cable connection PG16.

The Doubledisc valve controlled by a controller

The Doubledisc valve LUDD7 is extremely suitable to be operated by a controller.
Due to the 180 degree rotation angle of the minidisc, a very precise control can be made.
As an example, a mounting kit for the Burkert controller is shown.

Doubledisc valves LUDD7 are available in various seat and O-ring materials, ensuring the right fit for your application. O-ring materials offered are silicone, FKM, EPDM, and buna. Doubledisc valve seat materials offered are silicone, FKM, EPDM, buna, and PTFE.
