At TMG Holland, we offer our Minidisc® LUD7 series of disc shut-off valves in a variety of configurations for applications that require clean or sanitary processing. The flexible design allows the Minidisc® to be used with liquids, powders, slurries and in aggressive environments. Originally designed for use in dairy tanks, the Minidisc® is manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel and meets the requirements of 3-A Sanitary Standards.

Options Air operated Minidisc®

Safety Feed Back Unit

Sturdy and robust mechanical unit with waterproof stainless steel cover.
Feedback unit is equipped with 2 Honeywell microswitches.
Each with a NO and NC contact. Waterproof cable connection PG16.

1 = Switch 1 - NC signal
2 = Switch 1 - NO signal
3 = Common
4 = Switch 2 - NO contact
5 = Switch 2 - Nc contact
There are also mounting kits for renowned detectors or a standard Namur connection.
Safety feedback unit with solenoid control

Sturdy and robust mechanical unit with waterproof stainless steel cover.
feedback unit is equipped with 2 Honeywell microswitches.
Each with a NO and NC contact. One solenoid valve 3/2 - 24Vdc.
Waterproof cable connection PG16.

1 = 0 Vdc
2 = 24 Vdc signal Solenoid
3 = Switch 2 - NC signal
4 = Switch 2 - NO signal
5 = Common
6 = Switch 1 - NC contact
7 = Switch 1 - NO contact

The Minidisc® valve controlled by a controller

The Minidisc® valve LUDD7 is extremely suitable to be operated by a controller.
Due to the 180 degree rotation angle of the Minidisc®, a very precise control can be made.
As an example, a mounting kit for the Burkert controller is shown.
Service kits available in any combination
Minidisc® valves LUDD7 are available in various seat and O-ring materials, ensuring the right fit for your application. O-ring materials offered are silicone, FKM, EPDM, and buna. Minidisc® valve seat materials offered are silicone, FKM, EPDM, buna, and PTFE.
