Modular Dosing Valves

The modular dosing valve is very suitable for various types of liquid or slurries. There is a standard version and a version with heating jacket.

The dosing valve is equipped with a pneumatic actuator which is mounted via a try-clamp connection. This has the advantage of fast assembly and short maintenance time. The body is equipped with standard threaded piece DN50 but on request, the body can be supplied with a customer specified inlet. The proportional dosing valve has a modular construction. Various modules can be connected by means of a Try-clamp connection.

Body with heating Jacket

For products with a low solidification temperature, a Body with Heating Jacket can be chosen.

Total body surface heated.
Inlet with Threaded piece DN50 DIN 11851

Heating jacket with G¼” connection.

There are 2 types of outflow available:

Spout with outflow pipes
Pipes are provided with sharp edges to prevent product build-up. Pipes protected by outer ring.
Spout with flat outflow holes
Holes with sharp edges and center to center distance large enough to prevent product dripping.
